Do I have to change my main business phone number?
No. Tracking numbers forward to your existing line. Your customers still reach you the same way. The only thing that changes is what they see on your ads, your website and your Google Business Profile.
Will tracking numbers hurt my local SEO?
No, if done right. Your Google Business Profile keeps your main number. Tracking numbers are used only on ads, paid landing pages and dynamically swapped on your site for paid traffic. SEO citation NAP stays consistent.
Are calls really recorded? Is that legal?
Yes, recorded with a compliant announcement. The opening message says "This call may be recorded for quality" depending on your state. Recordings are stored securely and only accessible to your team.
What if a customer calls back later?
Caller history tracks them across calls. If someone calls Tuesday then again Friday, we know it's the same person and what source got them to call the first time. Attribution sticks to the lead, not the click.
Does it work with my existing phone system?
