Every location ranked #1. One dashboard. One playbook.
We help multi-location operators dominate local search in every market, run brand-wide ads with per-store attribution and roll up performance into a single executive view. Whether you have 2 locations or 50, the playbook scales.
Scaling a brand means scaling the marketing problems too.
Every multi-location operator we work with starts in the same chaotic place. Here's what we usually find.
One location dominates its market, the others can't crack the Map Pack. Inconsistent ranking means inconsistent revenue.
Flagship has 800 reviews. The 4 satellites have 22 each. Customers searching for those locations bounce to competitors.
One manager boosts Facebook posts, another buys Yelp ads, a third does nothing. No consistency, no brand voice, no rollup data.
You sign a lease, open the doors, then realize marketing is 6 months behind. No playbook means every launch is a fire drill.
Owner wants to know which location is leaking calls. Nobody can answer. Data lives in 4 different tools or doesn't exist at all.
Old addresses, wrong phone numbers, dead Google profiles for stores you closed 3 years ago. Google sees the mess and ranks you accordingly.
Three products. Built to scale across every market.
Same playbook applied location by location. Centralized brand, decentralized execution, rolled up into one view.

From 1 location to 14 across two states. In 22 months.
Herbal Nails & Spa came to us with one location, a mediocre rating and almost no online presence. 22 months later they're a 14+ location brand spanning SoCal and Arizona, ranked #1 in every market they're in, with 642+ reviews across the network.
"We open new locations now knowing the marketing is handled before the lease is signed. Same playbook, every market. CCS scaled with us. Most agencies can run 1 location well, they can't run 14." Herbal Nails & Spa · Owner

Common questions from multi-location operators
If yours isn't here, ask us on the strategy call.
How does this work if I have 2 locations vs 50 locations?
Same playbook, applied to more locations. We've run the system at 2 locations and at 14+ locations. The core work (GBP per location, geo-targeted ads, brand-wide automation, single dashboard) is the same. Scope and pricing scale with location count.
The bigger your brand, the more the rolled-up reporting matters. By 5+ locations the executive dashboard becomes essential, not optional.
Do all my locations need to rank #1 independently?
Yes. Each location competes in its own market against its own local competitors. Whittier doesn't help Glendale rank. We run the Map Pack and Local SEO work location by location, then track ranking for each independently.
Herbal Nails & Spa is ranked #1 in all 14+ of their markets. That's what we build toward.
How do you handle opening a new location?
We've got a launch playbook for new locations. Typically we start 60-90 days before opening: claim and optimize the new GBP, build the location landing page, set up call tracking, queue up Google Ads to launch on day one and start review automation as soon as the doors open.
By month 3 the new location is usually pacing with the rest of the network.
Can the owner see everything in one dashboard?
Yes. One executive dashboard rolls up every location's calls, leads, reviews, ad performance and ranking. Drill down to any single location for the full breakdown. Most owners check it once a day in 5 minutes flat.
What about franchisees vs corporate-owned locations?
Works for both. For corporate-owned, the whole brand runs through one account. For franchisees, we can run the corporate marketing centrally and offer franchisees opt-in for their local market work at an agreed rate. Reporting can stay rolled up or get split depending on what corporate wants visibility into.
Do you handle NAP consistency across all listings?
Yes. Cleaning up NAP (name, address, phone) across 80+ directories is part of the Local SEO work. We do this per location and keep it consistent brand-wide. Old/closed location listings get claimed, redirected or removed.
Is there multi-location pricing?
Yes. Pricing scales with location count and we can do per-location, brand-wide or hybrid pricing depending on what makes sense for your structure. Bigger brands get better economics. Book a free 15-minute strategy call and we'll model what your setup would look like.
